This Privacy Policy explains what personal data Lografy collects, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have. It applies to the Lografy mobile app and the web service at lografyapp.com.

1. Data we collect

We collect the minimum data required to operate the service.

1.1 Account data

• Email address — for sign-in and account recovery
• Authentication tokens — issued by our identity provider (see §3)
• Account creation date and last sign-in date

1.2 Content you create

• Prompts you enter when generating logos or banners
• Generated logos and banners (SVG, PNG, JPG) and their metadata
• Brand kit data you save — company name, tagline, colours, fonts, logo selections
• Favourites — which logos you've marked as favourite

1.3 Subscription & billing

• Subscription tier (Free or Pro) and status (active, cancelled, expired)
• Customer ID issued by our billing provider (see §3)

We do not store credit card numbers, CVVs, or full bank details. Billing is handled entirely by our payment processor.

1.4 Device & usage data

• Device type (iOS / Android, model, OS version) and app version
• Anonymised analytics events — screen views, taps on key flows, generation counts
• Crash reports — stack traces, app state at the moment of a crash
• Push notification tokens (only if you opt in)

We use anonymised, non-precise device identifiers. We do not collect your precise GPS location, contact list, photos library (other than what you explicitly export), microphone audio, or browsing history.

• Email correspondence with our support team
• Screenshots or logs you voluntarily attach to a support ticket

Lografy is built on a small number of vetted third-party services. We share only the data necessary for each service to perform its function.

We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

4. International data transfers

Our infrastructure runs primarily in the United States and the European Union. By using Lografy you consent to the transfer of your data across borders. Where required, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) for transfers.

5. Data retention

When you delete your account, all data not subject to a legal-retention obligation is removed within 30 days.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights:

• Access — request a copy of your personal data
• Rectification — correct inaccurate data
• Deletion — request that we delete your account and personal data
• Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format
• Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interest
• Restriction — restrict processing in certain circumstances
• Withdrawal of consent — for any processing based on consent

You can exercise most of these rights directly in the app:

• Export your data: Account → Export My Data
• Delete your account: Account → Delete Account

6.1 California residents (CCPA / CPRA)

You have additional rights including the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal data. Lografy does not sell or share personal data, but you can submit a request at [email protected] regardless.

6.2 EU / UK / EEA residents (GDPR)

Our data controller is CloudServe Infotech. You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

6.3 India residents (DPDP Act 2023)

You have the right to access, correct, and erase your data, and to nominate another individual to exercise these rights on your behalf.

7. Children's privacy

Lografy is not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 in the EU/UK). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact [email protected] and we will delete it.

8. Security

We protect your data with:

• Encryption in transit — TLS 1.2+ for all network traffic
• Encryption at rest — provider-managed encryption for database and object storage
• Access controls — role-based access; least privilege
• Audit logging — all administrative access is logged
• Regular security review — third-party penetration testing annually

No system is perfectly secure. If we discover a breach affecting your data, we will notify you within 72 hours where required by law.

9. AI-generated content

You retain full commercial rights to the logos and banners you generate using Lografy, subject to our Terms of Service. Generated outputs are produced by third-party AI models (Recraft V3, Flux 1.1 Pro). Because AI outputs are based on probabilistic models, we cannot guarantee that any given output is free of similarities to existing third-party trademarks or copyrighted works. You are responsible for clearing any output before commercial use.

We do not use your prompts or generated content to train third-party models, beyond the immediate generation request.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you in the app and via email at least 14 days before the change takes effect.
