This mechanism is designed to provide you with a transparent, accessible, and timely process for raising and resolving grievances related to your data protection rights under the DPDP Act.

You may file a grievance regarding any violation of your rights under the DPDP Act, including but not limited to:
Data Processing Issues
- Processing of personal data without consent
- Unauthorized use or disclosure of personal data
- Inaccurate or incomplete personal data
- Failure to delete data upon request
Rights Violations
- Denial of right to access your data
- Denial of right to correction or erasure
- Denial of right to data portability
- Difficulties in withdrawing consent

- Unauthorized access to your account

Grievance Redressal Process
Submit Grievance
Send an email to [email protected] with:
- Your full name and contact information
- Description of the grievance and relevant details
- Supporting documents or evidence (if any)
- Preferred mode of communication for response
Acknowledgment (Within 72 Hours)
You will receive an acknowledgment within 72 hours of submission, including:
- Grievance ticket number for tracking
- Assigned Grievance Officer contact
- Expected timeline for resolution
- Any additional information required
Investigation & Resolution (Within 30 Days)
Our team will investigate your grievance and work towards resolution within 30 days:
- Review of grievance and supporting evidence
- Investigation of data processing practices
- Communication of findings and proposed resolution
- Implementation of corrective actions if required
Closure & Follow-Up
Upon resolution, you will receive:
- Detailed resolution report
- Actions taken to address the grievance
- Information about further escalation options (if dissatisfied)
- Preventive measures implemented to avoid recurrence
Escalation to Data Protection Board of India
If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided by our Grievance Officer, you have the right to escalate your grievance to the Data Protection Board of India, as established under the DPDP Act, 2023.
Escalation Conditions:
- Grievance not acknowledged within 72 hours
- Grievance not resolved within 30 days
- Unsatisfactory resolution provided
- Continued violation of DPDP Act rights
