Do I need an account to use Lografy?
Yes. Lografy uses email sign-in so your generated logos, brand kits, and favourites are saved to your account. Biometric sign-in (Face ID / Touch ID) is available once you've signed in.
What's included in the free tier?
5 logo or banner generations per month, plus the generator, gallery, and Brand Kit. Free-tier exports carry a watermark.
What does Pro unlock?
Unlimited generations, all 60 colour palettes, all 36 font pairings, all 10 starter brand kits, watermark-free exports, and priority queue placement.
How do I subscribe to Pro?
Tap "Visit lografyapp.com to Subscribe" on the in-app paywall — this opens lografyapp.com in your browser, where the subscription is set up and billed. Lografy does not sell Pro as an App Store or Play Store in-app purchase; Pro access activates within a few minutes of subscribing.
How do I cancel or manage my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed at lografyapp.com, under Account → Subscription. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Pro access until the end of the current billing period. Refunds for web subscriptions follow a 7-day window on your first purchase.
Who owns the logos I generate?
You do. Subject to the Terms of Service, you own the logos, banners, and brand-kit data you create and can use them for personal or commercial purposes. Because outputs are AI-generated, you're responsible for clearing any output (trademark/copyright check) before commercial use.
Does Lografy use my prompts to train AI models?
No. Your prompts and generated content are used only to fulfil your generation request.
How do I delete my account or export my data?
In the app: Account → Export My Data, or Account → Delete Account. Deleting your account removes your data (other than what we're legally required to retain, like subscription records) within 30 days.
Is my data shared with anyone?
Only with the vetted service providers that run Lografy — authentication, generation, storage, analytics, and crash reporting — each receiving only the data needed for its function. Lografy does not sell your personal data. See the Privacy Policy for the full list.
