Lografy — Terms of Service
The terms of service governing use of Lografy.

By creating a Lografy account, downloading the app, or using lografyapp.com, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the European Union / United Kingdom) to use Lografy. If you are using Lografy on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
2. Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
- You may not share, sell, transfer, or sublicense your account.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
3. Subscription, billing & refunds
3.1 Plans
Lografy offers a Free tier and one or more Pro subscription tiers. Current pricing is shown in the app and at lografyapp.com.
3.2 Billing
Subscriptions are processed by our payment provider (RAMSIO Billing). You authorise us, through the provider, to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) until you cancel.
3.3 Auto-renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time in Account → Subscription.
3.4 Refunds
- Mobile (App Store / Play Store) purchases: refunds are governed by the relevant store's refund policy.
- Web (lografyapp.com) subscriptions: we offer a 7-day refund window for first-time purchases. After that, payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
3.5 Price changes
We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice. Changes will not affect the current billing cycle.
4. Acceptable use
You agree NOT to use Lografy to:
- Generate content that infringes third-party intellectual-property rights (trademarks, copyrights, design rights)
- Generate content that depicts illegal activity, child sexual abuse material, hate speech, harassment, or violence against identifiable individuals
- Generate content intended to deceive, defraud, or impersonate a real person, brand, or organisation
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the app
- Scrape, copy, or otherwise extract our content packs (templates, palettes, fonts, brand kits, showcases) for resale or redistribution
- Resell access to Lografy or build a competing service on top of it
- Bypass rate limits, generation quotas, or any access controls
- Submit malicious payloads, malware, or exploit attempts
- Use the service to generate logos for organisations you do not have authority to brand (a third party's company, an employer without authorisation, etc.)
We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate this section without prior notice.
5. Your content
5.1 Ownership
You own the prompts you submit. Subject to §5.4 below, you own the logos, banners, and brand-kit data you generate using Lografy and may use them for personal or commercial purposes.
5.2 Licence to us
By using Lografy, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of operating the service for you. We do not use your content to train third-party AI models.
5.3 Aggregated and anonymised data
We may use aggregated and fully anonymised data (which cannot be linked back to you) to improve the service.
5.4 AI-generated content disclaimer
Lografy does not guarantee that any AI-generated output is free of similarities to existing trademarks, copyrighted works, or third-party brand marks. AI generation is a probabilistic process, and the same prompt can produce different results each time. Before using any Lografy output commercially, you are responsible for:
- Conducting your own trademark / copyright clearance
- Verifying the output does not infringe third-party rights in your jurisdiction
- Engaging legal counsel for high-stakes brand applications
We provide the tool; you provide the judgement.
5.5 Copyright
The current legal position on AI-generated work is evolving. In many jurisdictions, purely AI-generated outputs may not qualify for copyright protection. Where you contribute creative input (prompt selection, iteration, modification), copyright protection may attach to the result. We recommend you consult local counsel for important commercial use cases.
6. Our content
The Lografy app, brand, content packs (prompt templates, colour palettes, font pairings, brand-kit templates, showcase logos), code, and visual design are owned by CloudServe Infotech and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
The Pro content packs are licensed for use within the app, in your generated outputs, and as part of your derived brand work. You may not extract, redistribute, or republish the content packs themselves as a standalone resource.
7. Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Generation may be delayed during peak load, and the third-party AI providers we depend on (Recraft, Black Forest Labs) may experience outages. We are not liable for transient downtime.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Where a feature you have paid for is discontinued, we will offer a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of your subscription.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
Lografy is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI outputs will meet your expectations.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of Lografy is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or USD $100, whichever is greater.
We are not liable for: indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill; or business interruption — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations; in those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the smallest amount permitted by law.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CloudServe Infotech and its officers, employees, and contractors from any claim, damage, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of:
- Your breach of these Terms
- Your violation of any law or third-party right
- Your use of AI-generated content (especially commercial use without proper clearance)
11. Termination
You may delete your account at any time in Account → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or applicable law, or if your account is inactive for an extended period after subscription cancellation.
Upon termination:
- Your access to the service ends immediately
- Your generated content is retained for 30 days, then permanently deleted (unless legal hold applies)
- Sections 5.4, 6, 8, 9, 10, 12, and 13 survive termination
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may also bring claims in your local courts under your local consumer-protection law.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you in the app and via email at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
