Panna PDF — Terms of Service
The terms of service governing use of Panna PDF.

The short version
Panna PDF is free, has no ads, no accounts, and no subscriptions. You can use it for anything lawful. We give no warranty beyond what the law requires, and we're not responsible for how you use the files you process with it. That's it — the rest of this document just says the same thing more formally.
Acceptance
By installing or using Panna PDF, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.
What the app is
Panna PDF is a free, on-device PDF toolkit: merge, split/extract pages, rotate, compress, and convert images to PDF. Every operation runs entirely on your phone — the app has no server, no account system, and does not transmit your files anywhere. License to use the app
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Panna PDF on devices you own or control, for any lawful purpose. You may not:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the app's source code except where a law you're subject to expressly permits it despite this restriction.
- Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the app itself.
- Use the app to process content you don't have the legal right to possess or modify.
Your files, your responsibility
Every PDF or image you process with Panna PDF is yours. We never see it — it never leaves your device. You are solely responsible for:
- Having the legal right to the files you process.
- Complying with any law that applies to that content (copyright, privacy, confidentiality, or otherwise).
- Keeping your own backups. The app does not back up your files; deleting a file, or using Settings → Delete all data, is permanent.
Intellectual property
The Panna PDF app — its name, branding, icons, and design — belongs to CloudServe Infotech. The open-source libraries the app is built with remain under their own licenses (see the in-app Open-source licenses screen). Nothing in these terms transfers any of our intellectual property to you beyond the limited license above.
No warranty
Panna PDF is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not guarantee the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any PDF operation will produce a result suitable for your specific need — always verify important output before relying on it.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CloudServe Infotech is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of data or files. Because the app is free and processes files entirely on your device, our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid for it (zero).
Changes to these terms
If we ever change these terms, we'll update this document and change the effective date above before the change takes effect in a published version of the app.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
