The short version: Undivided does not collect any data. Not "minimal data" — none.

What we collect
Nothing. Undivided has no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, no crash reporting, and no servers of any kind. The app makes no network requests. We cannot see your sessions, your projects, or anything else — the information never leaves your phone in the first place.
Your sessions, projects, tags, presets, and notes
Every project, tag, cycle preset, and session you create — including any optional note you type after a focus session — is stored only on this device, in local storage. Your stats and history are computed entirely on-device from that same local data and are never transmitted anywhere. "Delete all data" in Settings removes everything the app has stored at any time. Uninstalling the app removes everything.
Zero analytics, zero tracking
Undivided contains no analytics SDK, no crash-reporting SDK, no advertising SDK, and no third-party tracking library of any kind. There is no way for us, or anyone else, to see how you use the app.
Notifications
Session-end and optional pre-end nudge notifications are scheduled entirely on your device using the operating system's local notification system. No notification content or scheduling data is ever sent to a server, because there is no server.
Permissions
Undivided requests only the local notification permission needed to tell you when a session ends. No other runtime permissions are requested on Android or iOS.
Children
Undivided collects no data from anyone, including children.
Changes
If this policy ever changes, the new version will be posted at this address and updated in-app with a new effective date.
