Ganakya Terms of Use
The service
Ganakya is a free financial calculator utility by RAMSIO CLOUDSERVE INFOTECH PRIVATE LIMITED ("the Company", "we", "us"). By using the app you agree to these terms. The app runs entirely on your device, free of charge, with no ads, accounts, or data collection.
Estimates only
All results (EMI, SIP, FD, RD, PPF, GST, unit and currency conversions) are estimates based on standard formulas and the values you enter. They are not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and the Company makes no product or lender recommendations. Always verify figures with your bank, financial advisor, or the relevant official source before relying on them.
Currency rates
Currency conversion uses a fixed, dated set of reference rates bundled with the app, not live market rates. Do not rely on them for time-sensitive transactions.
No warranty
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for any damages arising from use of the app, including financial decisions made based on its results. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka having exclusive jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update the app and these terms; the current terms always live at https://cloudserveapps.com/apps/ganakya/terms and are also shown here. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
